Can I return or exchange these lab made diamond engagement rings?

For India orders, manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours with a mandatory unboxing video. Rectification is at AUWL Assembly’s discretion. Made-to-order returns are not accepted, while international orders are final sale with no returns or exchanges.

How long will my ring take to arrive?

Each ring begins production only once your order is confirmed, so allow 4 to 5 weeks before it ships. For a specific proposal date, message us first and we'll confirm what's realistic.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

India orders qualify for one-time resizing within the 7-day standard refund period if reported within 24 hours, subject to the ring’s integrity. Customers pay two-way shipping, and resizing takes 10 days after receipt. International resizing is unavailable due to cross-border charges.

Does the price include international shipping duties and taxes?

Orders above USD 500 ship internationally at no charge and are always insured. Import duties and local taxes are set by your destination country and become payable by you on delivery. Check the shipping policy https://auwlassembly.com/policies/shipping-policy for details.
