1. At AUWL Assembly, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewelry, free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Every gemstone, diamond, and piece of jewelry is hand-crafted to the highest standards by expert jewelers, using premium materials, and carefully inspected at our factory and distribution facility before shipment to the best of our ability.

2. We have made every effort to display the colors and sizes of our products that appear on our Website as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings, depending on the level of brightness and lighting. Hence, what you saw on your monitor may not be the exact shade and hue of the product you see at delivery. But rest assured, the actual product is the one true to life.

3. Each gemstone is cut with standard weight considerations, but we also prioritize its integrity, leading to slight variations in stone weights. Therefore, the total carat weight of gemstones may vary and differ from the approximate total carat weight listed on the Product Specification Details page.

4. AUWL Assembly only uses naturally mined diamonds, of different color and clarity gradings such as VS1-GH and SI1-GH - certified by reputable certification agencies such as GIA, IGI, HRD, DGLA, SGL, or others on a case-to-case basis. Each certification agency holds full responsibility for their certificates, and AUWL Assembly cannot guarantee their validity. Certificates are provided for all diamonds approximately 0.50 carats and above, in line with industry standards. Accent diamonds smaller than this size are covered by our in-house e-certificate.

5. Our naturally mined gemstones are sourced through our responsible supply chain, to ensure authenticity and ethicalness. Handpicked by our expert jewelers, every gemstone has its distinct color and tone, making each one truly one-of-a-kind with its own unique characteristics.

6. You will receive a certificate of authenticity with your jewelry for all gemstones with a diameter of 5mm or larger, included with your product delivery. Gemstones smaller than this size are covered by our in-house e-certificate, which will be sent via email.

7. Gold weight is subject to a standard tolerance of ±5%.

8. For India orders, our pieces are made of BIS Hallmarked HUID Compliant Gold. Kindly note that BIS Hallmark is not a separate certificate, it is inscribed on the product, also HUID is not mandatory for products below 2 grams.

9. Packaging of the product may vary from that displayed on the Website, to ensure the safety of the product.

10. All products are made to order; hence no two products will be exactly the same.

11. All products ship within 4 to 5 weeks for Domestic orders and 4 to 6 weeks for International orders. We offer Free insured delivery worldwide.

12. Earrings are sold as a pair.

13. As a mandate, to verify a damaged or defective product, we will need you to please provide an unboxing video of the product clearly showing the time, date, and location as evidence. The video must capture the outer packaging from all sides and angles before opening, ensuring the package is sealed and untampered. It is a part of our verification process and will help us assess the issue, and assist you promptly.

14. Our Selling Price is fixed. We offer no discounts, cashbacks, or any other scheme to specific individuals.

15. We offer no buy back for jewelry once sold. We offer no product exchanges.

16. Domestic payments – We accept all valid credit/debit cards issued in India, Internet Banking, UPI, QR, and EMI for orders below INR 5 Lakhs (~USD 5,700). For orders above INR 5 Lakhs (~USD 5,700), payment must be made via Bank Transfer – NEFT or IMPS, as our payment gateway currently supports only this payment method for high-value jewelry purchases. Please select this option at checkout.

17. International payments – We accept all valid International Credit Cards and Bank Transfer.

18. In case you choose to cancel your order after placement due to a change of mind or any other reason, a deduction will be applied to the refund amount. This includes applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, platform fees, any other third-party fees, or handling charges. The remaining balance will be processed for refund as per our standard timelines (see Cancellation Policy).

19. You will not be billed for any brand-initiated cancellations. However, cancellation charges will apply if the cancellation is due to misinformation, fraud alerts provided by the customer, or failure to meet required terms and conditions. AUWL Assembly Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole discretion to determine and enforce these charges.

20. For domestic orders (deliveries within India), PAN (Permanent Account Number) submission is mandatory for purchases above INR 2 lakhs as per Indian Government regulations. After placing your order, email a PAN copy (matching the billing information – buyer's name) to ecomsupport@auwlassembly.com or submit Form 60 in case of unavailability of PAN. Non-compliance shall result in order cancellation with cancellation charges. For queries, contact our support team at ecomsupport@auwlassembly.com. The billing name is supposed to be the same as the PAN card else the PAN card will not get verified and the customer will not be able to proceed ahead with the order.

21. For orders shipped within India, if a manufacturing defect is identified (which is rare, as each jewelry piece undergoes stringent Quality Checks before dispatch), we shall, at our sole discretion, arrange for a pickup, rectify the defect, and return ship it back to your registered address. However, we do not accept returns under any circumstances for our high-value, made-to-order products, as they are custom-crafted exclusively for you with care.

22. All international orders are final sale and we currently do not provide for sales returns or exchange policy of our products. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
    

23. In case of international orders, AUWL Assembly does not collect international taxes and duties. All products/consignments are dispatched on “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU) basis. We may, however, provide an accurate tax and duty estimate during the checkout process or you can view it in the table on our International Shipping Policy Page. By placing order through this website, you agree that these additional amounts including import duties, taxes, handling charges or other charges levied in the destination country of the shipment will be collected from you (to be borne by our customers) by our logistics partner once your package arrives in your country. These taxes and duties are subject to change at the discretion of individual countries. AUWL Assembly is not responsible for keeping track of or updating changes in these international tariffs.

24. In case the order is not accepted after it has reached the delivery country, a charge of import duty and freight charges would have to be borne by the customer and would be deducted from the refund.

25. For orders shipped internationally, we cannot offer repairs or ring resizing since import duties, taxes, handling, shipment charges etc. are levied every time a jewelry item crosses the border.

26. Bespoke jewelry can be manufactured at a higher gem weight on request. Please share your requirements by email only at ecomsupport@auwlassembly.com and we'll get back with a quote.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

• Domestic: Free shipping.
• International: Free shipping on orders worth USD 500 or more. Additional duties/taxes will apply based on destination country. By placing order through this website, you agree these additional amounts will be collected from you by our logistics partner once your package arrives in your country. All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Where do you deliver?

• Domestic: Across India, except remote areas without insured courier service.

How soon can I get my order?

• Delivery within 4 to 5 weeks for domestic orders and 4 to 6 weeks for international orders, as items are made-to-order. Shipping delays may occur due to external factors.

Is my delivery insured?

• Yes, all shipments are fully insured until delivery.

Do I need to show ID for delivery?

What taxes or duties will I need to pay?

• You are responsible for all VAT, customs duties, and any other import fees charged by your local authorities. These are usually based on the declared value of your item(s), not service costs. By placing order through this website, you agree to these terms.

How and to whom will I pay these taxes or duties?

• Once your package reaches your country, our logistics partner usually acts as your broker.

Can I cancel my order?

• Orders can be canceled , subject to deductions as cancellation charges. After this period, cancellation is at AUWL Assembly’s discretion. Refunds take 7 to 15 business days (see Cancellation Policy).

My order is lost. What do I do?

• If not delivered within 15 business days, we will process a refund.

Can I return or exchange my order?

• Domestic: Returns allowed for defective products only within 7 days. An unboxing video is required as mandate evidence. The video must capture the outer packaging from all sides and angles before opening, ensuring the package is sealed and untampered. It is a part of our verification process and will help us assess the issue, and assist you promptly.

I received a wrong or tampered package. What should I do?
