2. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon the dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

4. Dispatch of product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time. In such a scenario,

   1. that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us, and

   2. the balance would continue to be an offer to us and we reserve the right to either accept or reject the balance offer.

5. No act or omission of AUWL Assembly Ventures Pvt Ltd prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

6. If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm dispatch and therefore, acceptance of the order thereafter.

2. Products sold by other retailers or websites are UNAUTHORIZED and NOT AFFILIATED with AUWL Assembly Ventures Pvt Ltd and we cannot guarantee the authenticity of the product.

Payment Security

1. All payments on www.auwlassembly.com are secure. We prioritize your security by encrypting credit card and order data.

2. Our platform is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to ensure your order details are protected (indicated by the https in the website URL). This advanced security measure ensures your order is placed safely and securely.

Payment Methods

1. Domestic payments – We accept all valid credit/debit cards issued in India, Internet Banking, UPI, QR, and EMI for orders below INR 5 Lakhs (~USD 5,700).

2. For orders above INR 5 Lakhs (~USD 5,700), payment must be made via Bank Transfer – NEFT or IMPS, as our payment gateway currently supports only this payment method for high-value jewelry purchases. Please select this option at checkout.

3. If you choose any payment method other than NEFT or IMPS for an order exceeding INR 5 Lakhs, multiple payments will be required in increments of INR 5 Lakhs (~USD 5,700), through a payment link provided by us upon your email request at ecomsupport@auwlassembly.com. For example, for an order of INR 12 Lakhs, payments would be made in three parts: INR 5 Lakhs + INR 5 Lakhs + INR 2 Lakhs.

4. International payments – We accept all valid International Credit Cards and Bank Transfer.

5. For email/ phone sales, payments can be made securely via a payment link or bank wire transfer.

6. Please note that payments on www.auwlassembly.com will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders. In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order, based on your credit card policy.

7. We do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, cheques, demand drafts, money orders or COD (Cash on Delivery).

8. Payment must be received before an order is accepted, hence all orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only bank-authorized orders will be processed.

9. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering jewelry through the Website or other means. We reserve the right to verify the information you provide before accepting your order and may cancel or limit your order at any time after it has been placed.

10. If your order is cancelled or limited after payment, we will refund any payments made for undelivered services or products due to the cancellation or limitation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method from where you made the transaction (see Cancellation Policy).

11. In case you choose to cancel your order within 12 hours after placement due to a change of mind or any other reason, a deduction will be applied to the refund amount. This includes applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, platform fees, shipping costs, any other third-party fees, or handling charges. The remaining balance will be processed for refund as per our standard timelines (see Cancellation Policy).

12. If your credit card company declines or refuses payment for your jewelry purchase, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel delivery. We may require you to settle any outstanding balance through an alternative payment method, including any third-party chargeback fees or penalties incurred. Should legal action be needed to recover outstanding amounts, you agree to cover all associated costs, including attorney fees and other legal expenses.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

14. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue jewelry specifications and prices on or outside the Website without prior notice and without any obligation to you.

15. Jewelry purchases through the Website may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of purchase.

Please Note – By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept to be bound by the Terms & Conditions ("Terms of Use") and Policies of this site. You confirm that all details provided by you are accurate and final. No changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made once the order is placed. AUWL Assembly is not responsible for errors or incomplete information in the customer-provided details, including shipping details and customization requests. These Term of Use and Policies may be amended or changed by us at any time at our discretion. You agree that your continued use of this website after any such amendment or change shall constitute your agreement to any such changes.

Duties, Taxes and Fees

1. The total price of your order, including all ancillary and shipping costs, if any, will be displayed on the previous page or at the end of the checkout process. By confirming your order, you agree to the stated price of the products.

2. Prices, product availability, and other purchasing terms are subject to change without notice.

3. Goods and Sales Tax (GST) and other Indian taxes will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. GST and other Indian taxes may not be applicable on international orders.

4. Taxes are based on the product class of your order.

5. To the best of our ability, all applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and shown transparently during checkout.

6. While we try our best to incorporate all taxes and duties in our prices, making sure that international taxes, customs duties, and additional fees associated with jewelry, or other state or local taxes within India are paid at the time of order placement. However, if there are any additional taxes incurred during transit and are not known to us, then these taxes (which wont be much) will remain your responsibility and you will indemnify us on the matter.

7. International orders: In case of order which is to be shipped outside India, handling charges, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country must be borne by the customer. These charges need to be paid at the time of order placement and will be calculated at the time of payment checkout. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

8. All taxes and duties are subject to change, and we do not bear the responsibility to stay updated on them. The applicable charges will be displayed on the final payment checkout page based on the delivery country.
