Resizing and Repair Policy

2. In case you still end up buying the wrong size, we have a simple policy: we will resize your ring for the first time, within the 7 days standard refund period. You are required to report the sizing issue within 24 hours of receipt by writing to us on ecomsupport@auwlassembly.com. We shall not entertain any request after 24 hours of receipt. You'll just have to pay the shipping to us and back to you.

3. If we determine that we are unable to size the ring up or down to the new size, we will inform you and give you an option to either place a special order for the size required, along with the additional amount incurred on actuals, if any, or have it shipped back to you as it is.

4. For a re-sizing outside of this period, your request will be subject to the sole judgement and discretion of AUWL Assembly Ventures Pvt Ltd.

5. Resizing will take us 10 days after we receive the product from you.

6. Your order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable after we resize a ring for you.

7. Please note that we will resize rings as long as we can maintain the integrity of the ring.

8. We only offer a one-time re-sizing, because if a ring is resized too many times, it may not be able to be resized again. At that point, you may opt for a new setting or other repairs at an additional charge in order to get the ring to fit.

9. Your jewelry may require occasional repairs and maintenance due to regular wear and tear. We offer these services at our facility in India and are dedicated to keeping repair costs low while ensuring the integrity of your piece.

10. Common repairs we provide include

    1. replacing side stones (if an accent stone falls out of place),

    2. tightening prongs,

    3. re-polishing,

    4. re-plating with rhodium, and

    5. thorough cleaning.

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs both to and fro.

11. We advise to have any resizing or repairs on your AUWL Assembly Ventures Pvt Ltd products carried out only by our workshop. Resizing or repairs done by yourself or a third-party will void your manufacturing guarantee and certifications with us. We may decline to carry out any further work on your AUWL Assembly Ventures Pvt Ltd product.

12. AUWL Assembly Ventures Pvt Ltd does not resize or repair products from other brands.

14. For orders shipped internationally, we cannot offer repairs or ring resizing since import duties, shipping charges and taxes are levied every time a jewelry item crosses the border.
